Solomon says: "Know the state of your flocks, and put your heart into caring for your herds" (Proverbs 27:23 NLT).
You probably don't have flocks and herds in your back garden. Although, some of us do. However, you have been given other things to look after. Let me suggest a few. Your body. Your cell phone. Your friends. Your thoughts. Your talents. Your time.
How do you think it's going with the things/people/relationships you have been given? What do you think it means to 'put your heart into caring' for them? It's important to think about these questions from time to time.
