I Am Youth, Radio Pulpit, Radio Cape Pulpit and the North-West University’s Faculty of Economic and Management Science and its bhive Enterprise Development Centre have banding together to host a ‘Pitch Your Business!’ Competition.
We are proud to announce the winners after a very successful final event!
First Place:
Name: Hlali Sefika

Our flagship product, the Miracle Bake Mix, comes in various flavours and caters to both home bakers and professionals alike, providing a convenient, all-purpose solution that delivers scratch-made taste with just the addition of just water. During power outages, it serves as a backup power source, ensuring continuous access to electricity. B-Ext can by charged by solar panels and footsteps making it inavaluable resource for off-grid area.
Description: B-EXT is an innovative solution designed to tackle energy challenges. Our product resembles a standard extension cable but with features that set it apart. In grid-connected areas, B-EXT operates as a regular extension cable when power is available and turns to a backup power source during outages. In off-grid areas, B-EXT integrates with solar panels and harness electricity from footstep by using a special piezoelectric carpet to supply power to connected devices, ensuring continuous electricity even in remote locations.
